Shipping policy

 

We offer free regular Canada Post Shipping on any purchases of $100 more before applicable taxes across Canada. 

Orders within Canada, we offer the following shipping options with Canada Post. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note our online order desk is closed on weekends and holidays. 

  • Expedited Canada Post (excluding weekends and holidays) $10.00

    • 3-7 Business Days*

Shipping times depend on shipping conditions, stock availability and time of year.

Normal Shipping Times are between 7-15 days.  If you don't receive your products in that time period, please contact info@fabrikhairstudio.com with your Order Number.

My mail item has a tracking number but wasn’t delivered: What can I do?

Track status shows as Delivered

If the Track status of your letter or parcel shows as Delivered, but the item has not been received, click here.

Mail item has not arrived by the expected date

Use the Track tool from Canada Post to see its status.

My package is lost, what can I do?

If your package has been lost or stolen it is important that you submit a ticket with Canada Post first in order for us to ensure that it can be resolved.

Submit a ticket with Canada Post, once you have submitted the ticket please email us at info@fabrikhairstudio.com with the reference number provided. We will then follow up with Canada Post. Please note this process is taking longer then usual, allow 10-12 business days for a resolution. 

We are not held responsible for any damaged or leaked product after 7 days of delivery.

CANADA POST DELIVERY DELAY

Our delivery times are estimated only and do not constitute a guarantee. If you experience an unusual delay with the delivery of your order, contact us at info@fabrikhairstudio.com and we will open a service ticket through Canada Post. Additional delays may apply. Also, please note that we can not proceed to send a replacement package until we receive a status confirmation from the carrier as to the whereabouts of your initial package.

 

OUT OF STOCK

Some products offered may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you by phone, text or email to inform you of any shipping delays. If your order contains a combination of available products and out of stock products, we will ship the entire order once all products are back in stock.

 

ORDER TRACKING

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has left our facility, a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to always track your package.

 

DAMAGED PARCEL

If your package has been delivered in a PO Box, please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may result (consequences of extreme temperatures, theft, etc).

 

UNCLAIMED DELIVERY

If the carrier fails to deliver the intended item, it is sent to a post office for you to pickup. If you have received a delivery notice, follow the instructions on the notice to retrieve your item or check the delivery status using the tracking number we provided to you by email.

 

WARNING: You will have a maximum period of 10 business days to pick up your package at the post office. Once this period is exceeded, the package will automatically be returned to us and we will proceed to the cancellation and refund of your order, minus the delivery costs for the return.
